Herald by Wusulab
Agents draft. People decide. Herald publishes on time.
One place to write, approve, schedule and publish to nine networks, for teams that work alongside AI agents. Every post has an author, a reviewer and a record.
Publishes to
- TikTok
- YouTube
- X
- Threads
- and email, through Gmail, Outlook or SMTP
From idea to published, in four steps
The same path for every post, whether a person or an agent started it. Pick a step, or watch one post go through all four.
The screens you will use every day
Pick a screen to see it. This is the app as it looks today, with example content.
Write once, then shape each network's version side by side, with its own limit counted as you type.
Give agents a key, not the keys
Each agent gets its own key, a list of what it may do, the channels it may use, and an approval rule. Revoke it in one click, and every action it took stays in the activity log.
Herald speaks MCP, so Claude and other MCP clients can draft, upload and schedule through the same rules your team follows.

One launch, start to finish
A studio open day, announced on five networks. Here is every step, as Herald records it.
Thu 16:10
Launch writer. Turns the event brief into five drafts, one per network, and attaches the studio photos.
Thu 17:02
Ama. Approves four. Sends the X thread back: the opening hours are wrong.
Thu 17:20
Launch writer. Fixes the hours and resubmits. Ama approves.
Fri 12:00
Herald. Publishes the LinkedIn post. Saturday's four wait in the calendar.
Sat 10:00
Herald. All five are live. Activity shows who drafted, who approved and when each went out.
A workspace for every brand you run
Keep each client or brand in its own workspace with its own channels, media and members. When you look after several, the All workspaces view puts their calendars and approvals side by side.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Members, channels, agents, webhooks and the full activity log |
| Editor | Write, schedule, approve and upload media |
| Viewer | Read posts, the calendar and the media library |
Built so nothing goes out by accident
Every action, by a person, an agent or Herald itself, lands in the activity log the moment it happens.
- Approval rules you set
- Per agent and per workspace. Agents can be kept from publishing anything on their own.
- A complete activity log
- Who did what and when, including agents, with before and after values. Export it as CSV.
- Channel access encrypted
- Network tokens are encrypted at rest and removed when you disconnect a channel.
- Files checked on upload
- Every upload is fingerprinted, and storage rejects a file whose bytes do not match.
- Protected sign-in
- Two-step verification, lockout after repeated failed attempts, and an email when a new device signs in.
- Roles per workspace
- Someone can edit for one brand and only view another. Each workspace applies its own role.
