Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Wusulab, the operator of Herald (Herald by Wusulab), when you use our website, web app, API, MCP server and related services. By creating an account or using Herald, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
The service
Herald provides tools to create, collaborate on, schedule, publish and manage content across the platforms you connect, with features such as media management, approvals, analytics, comments, messaging and automations, for you, your team and the AI agents you authorise. You can use it through our website, web app, API, MCP server and related services. Herald changes over time: we may add, change or remove features, and if we remove something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Your account
You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password and agent keys secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account and keys. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.
Workspaces and roles
Content belongs to a workspace. Its owners decide who joins and what each member may do. If you invite people or connect agents, you are responsible for the access you give them. A workspace owner can remove members and revoke keys at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run Herald for you, including sending it to the networks you choose. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies already published to other networks, which their own terms govern.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish through Herald.
AI agents
Agents you connect act with the permissions you give them. Their output can be wrong; review it before it is published, and use approval rules where it matters. You are responsible for content published from your workspace, whoever or whatever drafted it.
Connected platforms
When you connect a platform, you authorise Herald to act on that account as you instruct and as the platform allows. You must also follow each platform's own terms and policies. Platforms decide what they allow and may change, limit or end access at any time, so features that depend on them may change or stop working. Herald is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.

How we handle information from connected platforms is described in our privacy policy.
Automations and messaging
Features that act for you, such as scheduled posts, follow-up comments, automatic replies and direct messages, run on your instructions. You are responsible for setting them up lawfully, for having any consent the law or a platform requires before messaging people, and for what they send. Platforms may limit or block automated activity.
Analytics and information from platforms
Analytics, counts and other information shown in Herald come from the platforms and may be delayed, incomplete, estimated or later revised by them. Use them as a guide; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Herald to:
- publish spam, mass unsolicited messages, or content that breaks the law or a network's rules;
- harass people, impersonate someone, or mislead people about who is posting;
- publish content you have no right to, including other people's private information;
- attack, overload or probe Herald, or get around its limits or permission checks;
- use Herald in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
We may suspend accounts or keys that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.
Fees
Herald is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before they apply, and you will not be charged without agreeing first.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Herald running and to publish on time, but networks change and outages happen, so we cannot promise that every post will go out exactly when scheduled. Herald retries failed posts and tells you when something fails.
Herald is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we are not responsible for third-party platforms or services, or for their availability, actions or content.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for content published or actions taken at your instruction, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your content, your use of Herald in breach of these terms, or your breach of a platform's rules, to the extent the law allows.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Herald at any time by deleting your account from your account settings, confirmed with a code we email you. You are signed out everywhere at once, and you have 10 days to recover the account by signing in. After that, your account and the workspaces you own alone are deleted for good, which finishes within 30 days of your request; the privacy policy describes each step.
If you are the only owner of a workspace that other people use, deleting your account deletes that workspace for them too. To keep it, make someone else an owner first.
We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Herald and the law change. For significant changes we will tell you in advance by email or in the app; if you keep using Herald after they take effect, the updated terms apply. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Herald is operated by Wusulab. Questions: [email protected].
