Where the numbers come from, how often they update, and what each one means.
Herald reads each network's numbers for the posts it published and keeps its own daily history: hourly for posts from the last two days, every six hours otherwise. Use Refresh to check now.
- Engagements are likes, comments, shares and saves together.
- Engagement rate is engagements per view, on networks that report views.
- Changes compare the period you picked with the one just before it.
- When your posts do best shows the weekdays and hours that worked, from your own results.
- A dash means the network doesn't report that number.
Export a period's posts and numbers with CSV. TikTok, LinkedIn profiles and email don't share numbers with apps.
