Reply to comments and messages automatically

An automation starts when someone comments or messages a keyword, then runs the steps you set: send a message, wait for a reply, tag them, or notify your team.

1. 1Open Automations and choose New automation.
2. 2Pick the channel and start from a template or a simple reply.
3. 3Edit the trigger and steps, try it on the Test tab, then turn it on.

To tie one to a single post, add it in the composer on the Instagram or Facebook tab. It turns on by itself when that post goes live and only listens to comments on it.

Each channel has a switch on the Automations page that stops all of its automations at once.
